**Your Opportunity**:
Supporting our Public Relations Manager - this is a newly created opportunity within the Brand & Marketing team for a dynamic communications professional to proactively contribute to the growth of Scanlan Theodore’s Public Relations function and support in executing the global Brand & Marketing strategy.

You will be responsible for leading the coordination of all press samples for the brand, managing the showroom, coordinating regular press send outs, liaising with media and influencers to actively build brand awareness, support in delivering integrated 360-degree brand campaigns and drive conversion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support with the development and execution of the seasonal PR & Talent strategy.
- Coordination of the yearly PR calendar.
- Support the PR Manager in consistently securing and delivering positive press coverage for Scanlan Theodore in the media and amongst influencers, stylists, VIPs, and celebrities.
- Support in the development and distribution of press materials seasonally - media alerts, press releases, campaign collateral.
- Maintain and build relationships and open communications to all leading stylists, key influencers, and editorial partners to secure press coverage.
- Support in hosting and organisation of press and VIP appointments
- Composing and sharing of press coverage reports with key stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitor, and industry, activity.
- Actively lead in the coordination of all samples press samples and loans for the brand and US press agency
- Support with the development and management of the press showroom
- Liaise with relevant internal and external departments to ensure samples are sourced in a timely manner to meet seasonal deadlines.
- Support in the development and execution of high impact brand activations.
- Support with administrative duties as required
- 2-3+ years relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, marketing or related discipline desirable.
- Passionate about Brand, Marketing, PR as well as the ever changing social, digital and retail landscape.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the local and international fashion industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates clear decision-making skills with excellent communication and problem-solving skills in all areas.
- Highly organised and efficient, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage high workloads, tight deadlines and competing priorities with professionalism.
- Highly organized and effective delegation skills.
