Permanent Full Time role supporting Centre based programs
- $75,306.14 + super + salary packaging available
- Penrith location

**In this role you will**:

- Coordinate the Vocational Skills program.
- Deliver on program outcomes and customer goals.
- Meet the competing needs of our customers and staff.
- Support and Mentor a cohort of Support Workers and Advisor.s
- Have the ability to think outside the box and design/implement solutions to problems.
- Provide direct customer support as needed.
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks including rostering, file notes, risk and WHS reporting.
- Provide support to other centre-based services, as needed.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Experience working in human resources and leading a team;
- Understanding of NDIS standards, Workplace Health & Safety and Quality & Safeguarding legislation.
- Knowledge of the disability sector, including NDIS plans and funding.
- Proven ability to meet competing needs and priorities
- Demonstrated experience meeting targets, KPIs and business objectives.
- Computer literacy, in particular proficiency with Microsoft programs.
- Driver’s licence.
- Current first aid and CPR certificates
- NSW Working With Children Check
- NDISWC
