**_Purpose_**

Support with the allocation of retail stock for Jewel and Accessories, driving sales through the correct distribution of inventory across stand alone stores, concessions, clearance stores and online locations. This role is directly accountable for managing the allocation of stock and the data integrity of all retail and planning tools and reports.

**_ Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term opportunity._**

**_ Key Accountabilities_**

**_ Inventory_**
- Monitor sales and inventory performance and maintain replenishment systems parameters to ensure appropriate stock levels to achieve sales, inventory turnover, and gross profit margin
- Recap, evaluate, and recommend seasonal performance & flow opportunities by style, class, and department
- Liaise with production team and monitor delivery information in accordance with specified delivery windows

**_Reporting_**
- Reporting Prepare weekly and monthly delivery reports

**_System Maintenance_**
- Maintain cost cards, prepare post season review analysis and maintain system data integrity - pricing and product data.

**_Online Business Support_**
- Allocate stock to the online business to ensure that it is in stock of all available products at any given time

**_Key Capabilities_**
- Experience in a retail based, data entry/highly administrational reporting role
- Demonstrated ability to understand financial measurements and how to positively execute them
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
- Detail oriented, analytical
- Strong written and verbal communication
