**The role**:
The Financial Planning Analyst is an integral position within the Financial Planning & Analysis team, responsible for supporting the Coordinator, Financial Planning & Analysis and Manager of Finance to deliver department objectives, with a strong emphasis on financial budget and forecast development, actual financial performance monitoring, analysis and reporting, and project/program financial management.

**About you**:
To be considered for this position you will have:

- Tertiary qualification in accounting or related discipline and CPA or CAANZ membership.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial/management reporting in an organisation with complex business systems and a diverse range of services.
- Experience with Magiq Performance budgeting and reporting system.
- Well-developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders (finance and non-finance).
- Demonstrated experience in developing and performing data analytics, utilising extensive Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to manage large data and present findings in engaging ways.
- Demonstrated organising and planning skills with the ability to change priorities accordingly.Demonstrated ability to challenge/change the status quo: an enquiring mind backed with data driven insights
