Within the Bank’s Brand, Marketing, and Communications (BMC) division, our Internal Communications team delivers engaging and impactful employee communications that drive our strategy forward. Working closely with leaders across the Bank to build understanding, pride, and advocacy, the team uses data and analytics to inform their approach and deliver best-practice communications. We currently have a new Communications Advisor opportunity to join the team reporting into a Senior Communications Manager supporting our customer divisions.

This role can be based in Adelaide, Bendigo, or Melbourne. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 60% of your time per week in the office.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
- Demonstrated previous success in an internal communications role
- Excellent writing skills with a proven ability to deliver high-impact communications for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite and experience with AI tools is highly desirable
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills
