- Day Rate: $700 + super per day

A leading Entertainment organisation is currently seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join their team as part of a dynamic Business Transformation initiative. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of milestone closure packs for their ongoing 3-year Remediation Program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough Quality Assurance (QA) checks on milestone closure packs submitted by the business
- Validate the content consistency, language usage, and evidence completeness across different documents
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various workstreams, ensuring adherence to standardized naming conventions and document structures
- Identify and communicate discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies to the business, facilitating corrections
- Recommend refinements/adjustments to processes to continuously improve QA processes
- Work closely with the Remediation team and external assurance company to maintain high-quality standard
- Clearly document and communicate corrective actions to relevant stakeholders to address any findings from their Quality Analysis reviews
- Ensure compliance with Transformation Office governance processes and procedures relevant to reviews they conduct

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 3-4+ years experience in a similar quality assurance type role
- Strong attention to detail and passion for meticulous proofreading and QA checks
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project timelines and priorities
- Familiarity with remediation processes is a plus but not mandatory

**Work Environment & Benefits**:
