**Job Description** A career that lets your passion shine**:
As Housekeeping Supervisor you will lead and oversee daily departmental operations, ensuring adherence to service standards with a focus on friendly and engaging interactions. Conduct regular inspections of front and back-of-house areas to maintain high cleanliness standards. Safeguard and manage cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effective linen use. Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready, addressing guest concerns promptly to create memorable experiences.
**Qualifications** What you will bring to the role**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the Luxury segment
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor large teams of diverse individuals
- Prior experience working with Opera or a similar Property Management System and/or HotSOS
- Excellent time-management, problem solving and organisational skills
