Body Sense Physiotherapy in Joondalup provides excellence in care for patients with complex and chronic pain. Our mission is to enhance the wellbeing and quality of life of our patients through innovative, evidence-based treatment strategies, comprehensive care and a patient-centred approach.

We are looking for a talented, part time team member to provide a friendly and professional welcome to our clinic.

**About the role**:

- Greet and assist patients and guests to our clinic
- Schedule appointments and manage multiple calendars
- Liaise respectfully with patients, referrers, physiotherapists, third-party payers & peers
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Ensure accurate billing, receipting and banking
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Maintain a clean and organised clinic
- Flexibility to cover other shifts

**About you**:

- Positive attitude with a passion for helping people on their recovery journey
- Front desk or customer service experience (healthcare setting preferred)
- Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Skilled multitasker with keen attention to detail
- Proficient with Windows-based software and scheduling systems (Nookal preferred)
- Flexibility to cover front desk within clinic opening hours
- Must have the right to work in Australia

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
