We have a rare opportunity based in our Canberra office for an Active Directory guru to join our team of experts. If you're eager to make a real difference for our Federal and State Government clients, keep reading.

With a focus on Active Directory / EntraID, we are looking for applicants with experience and skills in the following areas:

- Microsoft Active Directory, including supporting components such as DNS, DHCP, DFS
- Microsoft EntraID (Azure Active Directory)
- Microsoft Entra Connect (AAD Connect)
- Microsoft Group Policy / Microsoft Intune Policies and Profiles
- Windows PowerShell or associated scripting/automation tools
- Microsoft Azure Pipelines / Process automation
- Nutanix / VMWare virtualization platforms
- Management of Windows Operating Systems
- Provision of Level 3 support, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting across a wide variety of technologies
- Providing architectural / design advice to various business areas regarding the use and configuration of various technologies
- Continual improvement of customer environments and toolsets, development of SOPs, and enhanced automated processes
- Experience working in large-scale 24/7 enterprise environments
- Ability to mentor/support junior team members
- Experience in the project lifecycle and transitioning to BAU operations
- Ability to provide leadership in the development and delivery of technical solutions
- Demonstrated high-level analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated high-level written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide Level 3 support for incident management related to Active Directory Domain Services, Entra ID, and Active Directory Domain Services infrastructure
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff within the organization and from clients
- Provide technical advice related to security frameworks/policies including ACSC Information Security Manual (ISM), Center for Internet Security (CIS), and Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF)
- Perform infrastructure changes in accordance with client change management practices
- Work autonomously to meet agreed-upon client deadlines
- Deliverables to be aligned with oobe and client policies
- Must possess a minimum of an NV1 security clearance.
- Understanding and experience with security frameworks/policies including the ACSC Information Security Manual (ISM), Center for Internet Security (CIS), and Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF)
