We are seeking a driven and experienced IT Specialist to join our team.

As an **IT Technical Specialist (Active Directory)** in our Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area, you will manage stakeholder relationships with our service provider who maintain and secure our Active Directory (AD) environment.

The role provides strategic direction over the outsourced service and acts as a critical link between End-User Requirements, ATO (Australian Taxation Office) Architecture, and the Managed Service Provider.

In an ATO AD environment, you will:

- Utilise a highly developed leadership capability to provide overall direction to stakeholder teams by determining strategies and negotiate competing priorities, set direction, and enable delivery.
- Ensure that best practice is applied for maintaining the health and security of the AD environment.
- Be a skilled communicator who effectively engages with a broad range of stakeholders across a complex Multi-Vendor Environment and various IT areas, including the Identity Management team and Senior Executives.

This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in
**Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Parramatta, Penrith or Sydney CBD.
