**Claims and Rehabilitation Advisor - Make a Meaningful Impact**
We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Claims and Rehabilitation Advisor to join our team in a permanent full-time role. If you thrive on building strong relationships and guiding people through challenging times, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.
In this role, you’ll support employees through their recovery journey following a workplace injury. You will coordinate injury management and return-to-work programs, working closely with team members, managers, and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth and supportive process.
You will be the key facilitator - ensuring timely lodgement, clear communication, and ongoing support. You will also provide expert advice on legislative requirements and help drive improvements in our rehabilitation practices.
This is a role full of variety, where no two days are the same. You will work on a range of interesting claims and experience the satisfaction of helping people return to meaningful work.

**In this dynamic and rewarding role, you’ll**:
- Coordinate injury management and return-to-work programs that are tailored, effective, and empowering.
- Work closely with employees, managers, GPs, and treatment providers to ensure a smooth and supportive recovery and return to work experience.
- Facilitate the claims process with our external providers, ensuring timely lodgement, clear communication, and ongoing support.
- Provide expert guidance to staff and leaders on legislative requirements and best practices.
- Support accurate pay outcomes by calculating entitlements during recovery
- Drive continuous improvement in our claims and rehabilitation approach, helping us evolve and enhance our support systems.
**About you**
- Return to Work Coordinator Certification or equivalent qualification/experience
- Experience providing advice in workers’ compensation & injury rehabilitation/case management
- Allied Health qualifications highly desirable
- High level communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build constructive and effective relationships
- Proficient Microsoft office suite
- Drivers license and own vehicle for use
