**About the Role**:
As our Café Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of our in-house café. This is a hands-on leadership role where your creativity, customer focus, and passion for health-conscious hospitality will shape the café experience for our members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, train, and motivate a small team to deliver outstanding service and Quality
- Manage stock, suppliers, and café operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Deliver a consistent, premium food and beverage offering aligned with wellness values
- Collaborate with club leadership to enhance the member experience
- Drive sales and promote seasonal menu innovations

**About You**:

- Proven experience in café or hospitality management, with strong customer service focus
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Passion for health, wellness, and nutritious food
- High attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
- Available for early morning starts and weekend shifts as needed
- Experience and good understanding of coffee.
