We are recruiting for a General Manager to spearhead the Leadership Team at our newly expanded luxury TotalFusion Chermside location

**Our Premium Health & Wellness Expansion**:
Phase one of our premium health and wellness expansion is officially open, with our wellness rooftop set to open in coming weeks With five premium studios offering over 130 weekly classes, including Yoga, Reformer, Functional, Cycle, and Fusion, plus a state-of-the-art gym floor. You’ll find everything you need to train, move, and feel your best.
Our rooftop wellness space will offer dedicated recovery areas, plunge pools and lounging space, while our family-friendly crèche allows you to focus on your workout with peace of mind.
**Your Impact**:
TotalFusion Australia is a premier health and wellness brand dedicated to transforming lives through innovative fitness and holistic well-being solutions. As the General Manager, you will lead the Chermside team with a strong focus on fostering a high-performance culture, driving revenue growth, and maintaining our premium facility to the highest standards.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience leading a team within the health and fitness industry, with a strong understanding of health, fitness, and wellness components.
- Achievement of Targets: Ensure your location achieves all sales, retention, growth, and revenue budgets or targets on a monthly and yearly basis in collaboration and under guidance of our National Sales and Operations Manager.
- Delegation & Compliance: Delegate responsibilities to the appropriate employees while upholding all TotalFusion policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
- Performance Improvement: Develop initiatives to address underperformance and achieve projected profit and loss statements within company procedures.
- Team Management: Recruit, onboard, train, and retain staff members, delivering training and mentoring for Department Heads and regular meetings to engage and motivate your teams.
- Compliance & Payroll: Oversee staff rostering, approve leave, and manage fortnightly payroll, ensuring ongoing compliance across the location and the team.
- Marketing: Manage internal and external marketing in line with the location’s social media strategy.
- Financial Management: Proven ability to manage overall budgets and financials, including member movement, growth, and retention strategies.
- Facility Oversight: Expertise in overseeing large-scale facilities with multiple service areas and compliance requirements such as crèche, retail, gym floor, wellness services, and complex equipment.
- Software Utilisation: Ability to understand, manage, and effectively utilise software systems and programs.
- Team Culture: Strong commitment and belief in driving and upholding an exceptional team culture, focusing on the fulfilment and development of your people.
