The structure is relatively flat, offering great autonomy and collaboration across stakeholder groups.

**The Role**:
In this role, you will be responsible for executing commercial activation programs and developing the trade marketing strategy across all channels.
- Work with Key Account Managers and the Head of Marketing to develop and maintain a 12-month HORECA and Grocery trade marketing calendar
- Work closely with the CMO and sales to build and track budgets for the activity calendar
- Manage agency partners, marketing and stakeholders at key retailers
- Identify opportunities for improved representation of the brands in HORECA and Grocery channels and via various marketing avenues
- Partner with Brand Managers to explore opportunities to enhance digital/social media integration with key accounts
- Work with Key Account Managers to develop promotional solutions which support key account events and promotions
- Support Sales and Marketing in the preparation of range review presentations
- Some travel will be required

**Your Background**:

- 5+ years hands-on experience in a similar role (ideally Trade Marketing) with proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies within the FMCG industry
- Proven experience in delivering successful campaign activity and audience engagement initiatives
- Highly developed communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive marketing & communications plans, and translate them into day-to-day activities
