**Your New Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising (VM) Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative trade marketing strategies and industry-leading visual merchandising programs. Your efforts will enhance brand presence, drive sales growth, and maximize Frank Green’s visibility across all retail channels.

**Your Day to Day**
- Create and implement tailored strategies for premium retailers, boutiques, and e-commerce to drive revenue growth.
- Deliver innovative, sustainable merchandising solutions to ensure brand consistency across retail environments.
- Plan and execute trade show participation to showcase the brand and attract retail buyers.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams to develop integrated trade campaigns.
- Partner with retailers to design and execute activations that boost customer engagement and sales.
- Leverage sales and market data to assess and improve trade marketing initiatives.
- Act as the key point of contact for trade marketing, visual merchandising, and in-store support.
- Integrate eco-friendly materials and practices into all trade marketing efforts.
- Develop training programs to equip retail teams with brand knowledge and in-store execution skills.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure ROI and refine future strategies.

**What You Need**
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, retail experience management, or visual merchandising roles.
- Proven track record in building and managing retail partner relationships.
- Demonstrated success in trade show activations and visual merchandising strategies.
- Experience leading trade marketing campaigns that drive measurable sell-through.
- Background in managing owned store launches or retail experience strategies.
- Exposure to both B2B and DTC retail environments.
- Previous experience with consumer goods, lifestyle, or sustainability-focused brands preferred.
- Strong expertise in trade marketing and wholesale partnerships.
- Advanced knowledge of visual merchandising principles and execution.
