This organisation is a specialist in real estate investment and funds management. With a proven track record in identifying and developing real estate investment opportunities for global investors.

**The Role**:
As the Asset Manager, you will work within the Head of Asset Management and focused on managing the existing portfolio which is largely made up of value-add commercial real estate. You will work closely with the rest of the real estate investment team on running transactions and managing capital.

This person will be responsible for:

- Asset Management of the current commercial property. This is largely made up of Office, Industrial and Retail.
- Oversee and manage the leasing requirements across the portfolio.
- Set asset plans with Property Managers and manage ongoing plans with the rest of the team.
- Work with the Analysts within the team to provide accurate forecasting for the portfolio.
- Work with the Funds Management team to provide accurate reporting to investors.
- Assessing and reviewing the feasibility of divestments for the Assets you manage.
- Liaising with external and internal parties during the transaction process on the ongoing management of assets.
- Preparing board papers and other collateral for matters requiring Board or IC approval.

**The Person**:

- Tertiary qualification in business, property, finance, economics. Further qualifications relevant to financial services will be an advantage, CA or CFA.
- 10-20 + yrs experience in Property with a focus on commercial real estate asset management.
- Proven skills in financial modelling and using Excel.
- Experience in some of the following: valuation, investment analysis, presentation preparation, research, underwriting and co-ordination of due-diligence
