The **Social Compliance Coordinator** supports the management of Winc’s social compliance framework and supporting systems across all suppliers, products and services. Working closely with the Social Compliance Manager and key stakeholders in the business, the Social Compliance Coordinator will assist with managing a value adding compliance program that supports Winc’s commitment to a socially responsible compliance culture for our business and customers.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Support the management and continual improvement of Winc’s social compliance framework
- Ensure compliance activities are in line with relevant company compliance policies and procedures as well as government, legislative and regulatory frameworks
- Liaise with Category Management Team to support the supplier onboarding process, social compliance so that ethical sourcing requirements are adhered to
- Maintain central repository and document control on all social compliance related matters
- Assist third party auditing firms to perform audits as required and track suppliers’ close-out of non-conformances in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to improve the continuous compliance management system/cycle to be transparent, easily understood and applied

- A great attitude, commitment, and a strong desire to learn and grow within our business
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Experience in previous Social Compliance role, including Supplier Assessment, Responsible Sourcing, Social Compliance Assessment and Social Auditing Methodology and Tools would be advantageous
- Comprehensive understanding of Sedex SMETA, BSCI, SA8000 auditing standards and other social auditing programs
- Strong problem solving and collaborative skills for auditing issues and non-compliances
- Strong writing communication skills with knowledge of GRI standards
- Strong communicator with exceptional problem solving and negotiations skills, including process enhancements
- Previous experience with compliance management within a large complex organisation a plus
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to enable and support effective ongoing compliance activities
