**The Opportunity**
We are looking for an experienced
**Assistant Executive Housekeeper** with a naturally positive and proactive attitude coupled with a guest focused approach to keeping our beautiful hotel sparkly and clean. The role reports to our Rooms Division Manager and is responsible for the supervision and coordination of our room attendants, public area cleaners and team leaders.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Drive guest satisfaction by delivering an exceptional service product
- Foster a culture of teamwork and engagement
- Provide hands-on leadership across all service areas and shifts
- Oversee workplace health and safety procedures
- Manage stock levels and linen and amenity orders

**The Talent**
We are looking for previous housekeeping leadership experience with a naturally inclusive, modern and people centric approach. You will have engaging communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, flexible approach to problem solving and, of course, thrive in a busy and productive work environment. Financial acumen and analytical reporting experience will also be desirable along with any previous hotel, tourism or hospitality experience.
