About the role
The Clinical Project Lead for is a temporary role that will oversee the development and implementation of contemporary service delivery models within Community Mental Health Services.
- Support the effective management of Community Mental Health Service projects to ensure the successful delivery of new services.
- Undertake consultation and develop transition plans to implement best practice clinical and non-clinical service models.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to optimise project efficacy and timeliness. Acts as the conduit between front line clinical staff and project leadership team.
- Prepare, maintain and disseminate high quality submissions, reports and high-level written correspondence and associated change management documentation throughout all phases of the project life-cycle.
- Liaise and collaborate with advisors and stakeholders to ensure that the implementation of service delivery models and transition plans address workforce planning requirements.
- Embed co-design strategies (including meaningful engagement of people with a lived experience) within the project governance to ensure the infrastructure and service delivery is inclusive of service user input.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in management and leadership of mental health systems and processes for contemporary mental health services.
- Demonstrated expert level of contemporary clinical mental health knowledge, expertise and skills in complex mental health clinical practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a complex stakeholder and system framework with internal and external service providers and partners to achieve project deliverables and optimum consumer outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective clinical leadership in service evaluation and clinical redesign activities, utilising effective project and change management methodologies.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.12/21and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
