Mental Health Clinical Lead

This is a key position within our Mental Health Service, requiring an experienced and dedicated Clinical Nurse to lead the Acute Care Team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care by triaging through the Emergency Department, managing intake for community-based patients, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions between hospital and community services
Key Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
- Proven background in mental health nursing at Clinical Nurse level
- Strong leadership and communication skills
