**As a Website Tester | QA,** your key focus will be to identify & improve the quality of projects in the development stage. The projects are 90% built on WordPress, we are looking for someone with previous experience in testing websites on WordPress & basic e-commerce.

**As a Website QA, your day will revolve around**:

- Reviewing requirements and specifications to prepare test plan
- Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimating, prioritising, planning and coordinating testing activities
- Performing integration testing, system testing, performance testing, security testing, cross-browser testing / cross-platform testing where applicable
- Identifying, recording, documenting thoroughly, and tracking bugs
- Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Monitoring and debugging process results
- Work closely with software developers, project managers, and other QA team members to analyse test results and proactively work to resolve any issues.
- Staying up to date with new testing tools and test strategies

You must have exposure to User Experience Testing, including GUI, performance, visual standards, website typography (font, style, and colours), website pop-ups, interaction with different tools, also e-commerce cart handling and shipping testing.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a Web Testing environment
- Strong working knowledge of Software Testing (Functional, Integration, Performance, Quality Metrics)
- Experience in working with e-commerce platforms and WordPress projects
- User experience testing
- Expertise in testing data and testing plan preparation. Generating functional & non-functional test Cases, executing test cases, and bug reporting
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; effective customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
