Graduate Supply Chain – Freighter Group (SA Dealership)

Freighter Group is significantly expanding its national Parts & Service business and is seeking a
high-calibre graduate
to join our South Australia dealership team.

This is an entry-level pathway role that is perfect for future Parts, Supply Chain, and or Operations leaders.

What You'll Be Doing
This hands-on position blends physical warehouse activity with structured learning and full exposure to our advanced systems.

  • Warehouse Operations: Receive, put-away, pick, and dispatch parts accurately and efficiently. You will maintain warehouse presentation and high safety standards.
  • Inventory & Logistics: Conduct cycle counts and stock adjustments, coordinate inbound freight, and assist with replenishment from our central DC (Trewin Street, Ballarat) and local suppliers.
  • SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud: You will operate our core ERP system for all goods movement and learn essential parts and service processes. (Full training provided ).
  • Dealership Support: Work collaboratively to support workshop efficiency by supplying parts to Service Technicians and assisting trade customers at the front counter.

What You Bring
We are looking for a recent tertiary-qualified graduate with:

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Commerce, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to undertake hands-on warehouse tasks.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused approach.
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic dealership environment.
