Medical Receptionist

The role is a **part time position** working three days per week.
- Two of the shifts will be evening hours between 1pm - 9pm
- One of the shifts will be day hours between 8:30am - 5:30pm

Role Overview:
As a **Medical Receptionist**, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
