Medical Receptionist

**I-MED Radiology are pleased to be able to offer the unique opportunity for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our clinic in Drummoyne on a Full time, permanent basis.**

I-MED Radiology Network is Australia’s largest diagnostic imaging network, with over 240 clinics located in major metropolitan, as well as many regional communities across Australia. Each year across the network we perform more than 5 million patient procedures.

This is an amazing opportunity for administration and customer service professional looking for a new challenge and the chance to move into the medical sector. You will be responsible for overseeing our clinic appointments, providing support to the clinical team whilst maintaining a high level of customer service to our incoming patients.

We are looking for someone who has exceptional multitasking skills, a collaborative nature whilst also being proactive and happy to work independently.

**Your daily duties will include**:

- Reception, welcoming and processing patients
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Payment processing, including through Medicare
- Following up medical information with various third parties
- Patient information data entry
- General reception duties

**Skills and experience**:
As first point of contact for our patients, we require the following:

- Previous customer service experience (medical reception and radiology will be looked favorably upon)
- A professional, patient and courteous manner
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills
- Strong multitasking capabilities
