Medical Receptionist

**Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrate outstanding people skills with the ability to care for patients of all ages and work as part of a busy team
- Intermediate computer and typing experience are essential as we use Genie Medical Software and Microsoft Office on a daily basis
- Fluency in verbal and written communication is essential
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is NOT required, finding the right person for our team is what matters. Training will be provided

**Principle Duties & Accountabilities**
- Greeting patients and visitors, maintaining a clean and comfortable waiting area
- Creating and maintaining accurate patient records
- Booking, rescheduling, and confirming of patient appointments
- Processing billings
- Filing, banking, incoming, and outgoing correspondence and other messages

Pay: From $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends
