**Create your best future and join Westpac as an Associate, GTS Client Service** **What’s the role?** As an Associate in our Global Transaction Services (GTS) Client Service team, you’ll play a key role in supporting a portfolio of Real Estate and Consumer & Industrials institutional clients, ensuring their banking experience is seamless, responsive, and tailored to their needs. This full-time position is based in Sydney and offers the opportunity to work closely with Relationship Managers and internal teams to deliver high-quality service across a range of transactional banking products. You’ll manage client enquiries, oversee service delivery, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the way we support our clients. If you’re passionate about client service and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, this role offers a rewarding career path. **What do I need?** We’re looking for someone who’s client-focused, solutions-oriented, and ready to make a meaningful impact.
