Store Manager

The Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our journey of growth as our Waurn Ponds Store Manager. This role will see you work collaboratively with the Corporate Stores Manager.

Roles and responsibilities include and is not limited to the following:

- Make and serve drink orders according to SOPs & deliver to customer within KPI timeframes
- Check, sign off and unpack store deliveries
- Keep all equipment/utensils and all parts of the store clean, tidy and safe
- Complete all tasks on the Daily Checklist and tick off items as they are performed
- Take part in Team Meetings & Training Sessions
- Record Monthly/ Daily Stocktake of ingredients and supplies
- Ensure sufficient coins in the cash register
- Report any maintenance, staff, customer complaints or other issues to Senior Management
- Complete Weekly Roster
- Handle customer service complaints
- Complete basic calculation of weekly wages

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A passion for the industry and most importantly, bubble tea (or the Boba culture).
- 1+ year management experience in a fast-paced hospitality and/or retail environment, bubble tea industry is preferred.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships with team member and Support Office departments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to think strategically to identify opportunities and have a proven record in driving sales and KPI’s.
- Experience in implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- A motivated & drive ‘Make it Happen’ attitude.

**Salary**: $46,899.26 - $76,882.73 per year
