Entry level - $32.22 p/h + Super & Penalty Rates

Tue - Sat: 38 hrs per week

store has an exciting
full-time
opportunity to join our team in delivering the ultimate customer experience. You will build strong relationships with our valued customers by providing specialised product knowledge and expert advice.

Working in our trade shop & warehouse, you'll also be responsible for managing stock arrivals and preparing customer orders for dispatch.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide an incredible customer experience throughout the sales process
• Promote the Trade Club Plus program to all new customers
• Manage stock arrivals and prepare customer orders for dispatch
• Keep up to date with product knowledge through training and resources
• Maintain showroom standards, ensuring things are kept clean and tidy
• Actively promote safety and abide by all OH&S procedures
• Safe operation of forklift to assist with arrivals and dispatch

About You

• Eagerness to learn - on-the-job training provided
• Naturally positive and thrive in a team-based environment
• Hold a forklift license or are willing to obtain one
• Organised, diligent and a safe operator - Housekeeping is important to us
• You prioritise safety and reporting to ensure a hazard-free warehouse area
• Comfortable with the use of computers and POS systems
• Capable of handling heavy objects (in excess of 25kg)
• Previous experience in a trade, retail or similar environment is an advantage but not essential
