**About the Role**

Oran Park Nursing Home: 1 Thompson Road, Oran Park NSW 2570
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience completing maintenance for commercial businesses preferred
- Have a strong commitment to Work, Health and Safety;
- Possess good communication and organisational skills;
- Be able to work proactively to identify maintenance problems, including regularly inspecting and assessing repair work; and
- Have the ability to recognise, escalate and resolve maintenance matters which require further assistance.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Trade certificate or equivalent qualification;
- Current Driver’s Licence Class C; and
- A SafeWork NSW White Card would be ideal.
