Your working career could mean more with us as one of our Arranger Conductors serving families in your local community. Arranger Conductors are responsible for consulting with families to arrange and prepare all aspects of the funeral service for their loved one.

We are looking for people who have a strong customer service ethos and pride themselves on service delivery, problem-solving and customer satisfaction. You will need to have a sense of comfort of working with grieving families and the deceased. You lead with empathy and possess strong communication skills and patience and have a strong underlying desire to want to do more for others in a career that is valued.

This role will offer you new life skills and personal growth and development as well as the ability to earn qualifications and career progression in a personally rewarding industry. You will be working in our team at Boland Funerals in Maroubra. Boland funerals is part of InvoCare Limited an ASX industry leader. Boland Funerals is a Guardian Funeral Provider and have been providing funeral services to families in Maroubra, Randwick, and all surrounding suburbs of Eastern Sydney since 1962.
