**The role is Dental Assistant with Dentique Dental Spa**:
This is a varied and busy role with lots of room for expansion.
You will work closely with the Owner Dentist to manage the patients and oversee the clinical operations.
Being a professional dental practice, a high level of personal presentation is required.
This is a full-time role.
- You are looking for an opportunity to be more than a suction holder.
- You will be entrusted to do your job, actively involved in the patient’s treatment rather than just passively behind the dentist.
- You like people can communicate well with people, and love looking after their needs.
- You like talking to patients and enjoy educating them.
- You like making your dentist’s life easy.
- You have experience in dental assisting and are familiar with roles such as setting up general dental procedures and Invisalign treatment, processing X-rays, sterilising instruments, ordering and stocktaking of dental materials, etc.
- You don’t mind working without direction (once you have learned procedures and how things are done).
- You can manage your work day and weekly schedule and work well with your teammates.
- You are interested in learning and actively learn all the time, whether it be software, procedures, policy or something else.
- You take care in your work and pride yourself on high quality—none of “near enough” is good enough.
- You are willing to “get your hands dirty” and do whatever is needed to support the team in delivering outstanding service.
- You like teaching people how to do things and can be patient while getting people to learn procedures and policies.
