Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and professional Service Supervisor to run a team of Field Technicians and apprentices at our Horningsea Park Branch. This is an exciting, challenging and dynamic role in an ever changing industry within a rapidly growing company, offering competitive remuneration. This is an attractive and challenging opportunity for the right individual.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead the safety culture and safety compliance within the branch
- Ensure customer service excellence is delivered
- Manage resourcing levels and the performance of the team.
- Provide hands on support to the team during busy periods
- Build positive and effective relationships with all stakeholders and clients by providing technical expertise.
- Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
- You will need to think on your feet and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times.

**About you**
- Trade qualification in mechanical field
- Experience in leading a team
- A clear and confident communication style with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to details
- Team player who will adhere to and promote the Company's Values & Behaviours
- Whilst not required applicants with OEM experience are highly desired.
