A leading service organisation in Sydney is looking for a Data Insights Lead to help them provide useful information to their operations teams and therefore resulting to improve customer experience.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate around data and analytics to lead a successful team and who can help develop them into being better data professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build requirements to drive value through analytical insights.
- Perform analysis of data, business processes and products using database, statistical and numerical techniques, and to present results in a clear and informative manner.
- Developing key analytical insights to drive customer value

**Required Skills**:

- Managing and leading teams of data professionals
- Experience working in insights and analytics and converting analytical findings into business insights
- Strong experience in some of the following: SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Python
- Strong verbal and written business communication skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
