Our client is a multi-disciplined, community services blue and white-collar organisation who are on a positive cultural change journey.

Reporting directly to the Head of P&C, you will be responsible for the oversight and leading of the L&D team as well as the end-to-end program design and delivery of cultural and behavioural change programs that build the capability across the organisation.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated and progressive HR team with the chance to lead high-impact, exciting, organisational change projects that are set to ensure the continual success of the people and broader business goals. You will provide expert advice and strategic direction to senior leaders to help build capability at all levels of the organisation, including senior leaders.

To be successful will have extensive Learning & Organisational Development experience, coupled with Organisational Change & Internal Communications experience. You will have directly managed an L&OD team and worked on cultural and behavioral, and other organisational change programs, end to end from within an HR function.
