**Aeralife** is currently seeking a skilled and motivated **Procurement Manager** to lead procurement functions across our network of 11 Residential Aged Care Homes. This is a critical leadership role reporting to the Head of Asset Management & Procurement, responsible for the full procurement lifecycle - from strategy development and market analysis to contract negotiation and supplier performance management.

This role requires regular travel to operational sites across Victoria and New South Wales.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Support Product Category Managers in developing robust category plans through cost analysis, supplier research, and market data.
- Maintain and manage product lists and pricing within the ARM / Epicor procurement system.
- Classify expenditure into relevant procurement categories and support the development of sourcing strategies.
- Lead procurement and tender processes, from documentation to evaluation and negotiation.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure end-user needs are reflected in procurement strategies.
- Monitor supplier performance and contractual compliance.
- Identify opportunities for contract or supplier consolidation and cost efficiencies.
- Conduct ad hoc reporting and data analysis to support strategic decisions.

**What You Will Bring**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Procurement Management is essential.
- Previous experience in contract and category management in a medium to large multi-site **health sector organisation**.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in procurement systems and tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g. Epicor)
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and develop working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to travel regularly to various locations across VIC and NSW as required
- NDIS Workers Screening Check

**Desired**:

- Knowledge and experience in the aged care sector.
- Tertiary qualification in procurement, contract management, business, health or related discipline.
