**Position overview**
We currently have a vacancy for a Client Delivery Associate in our Client Delivery team in Brisbane for an initial contract period of 12 months. This person would be responsible for delivering implementation of operational changes, governance and some reporting for QIC clients as well as internal stakeholders. The purpose of the role is to support client onboarding and the execution and ongoing production of high quality and efficient service deliverables, as well as responding to client queries in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
**About the role**
This is a role where we encourage feedback, new ideas to enhance processes and where someone can truly make the position their own. Day to day, this role will include:
- Client onboarding and key transitions (such as Super Fund mergers), including document and stakeholder coordination
- Establishment, oversight and support of QIC’s client obligations, as outlined in client agreements or agree to via ad hoc requests.
- Execution of client and product operational changes and activities
- Coordinating the timely, responsive and active management of external and internal client governance and compliance queries.
- Working collaboratively with Client Delivery Analysts and Managers to ensure QIC update and maintain the CRM Client Deliverables Tracker as we onboard new business or as our client’s governance needs change.
- Coordinating with Client Reporting Business Analysts to contribute to the process of building client report templates for the efficient ongoing preparation and delivery of client reports,
- Collaboratively working with the Client Reporting Business Analyst to build knowledge by working with SMEs across QIC in order to source final/verified reporting data from various investment teams and database sources.
- The collation and timely distribution of client and consultant governance deliverables.
- Working collaboratively with and assisting the Client Delivery Analysts in the preparation, quality assurance & timely distribution of a wide range of client and fund deliverables.
- Maintenance of QIC Portal including content management and the establishment of access via QIC’s CRM for both internal & external clients.
- Maintenance of changes in relation to client reporting deliverables including client details/static data, process and administer in all relevant systems.
- Ensure accurate storage and maintenance of all client governance documentation and control evidence (e.g. GS007) and to meet with internal and external audit requests and activities relating to QIC’s reporting deliverables.
- Lodging and monitoring notifications for breaches or incidents relating to QIC client deliverables, including actively monitoring trends and proactively collaborating with the wider business to reach resolutions to root causes.
- Coordination and execution of various client onboarding and transactions including completion of documentation, request for client documents (AML/KYC; auth. signatories) and account set up/management.
- Collaborating with the Client Delivery team to seek ways to Improve client report production efficiencies with a focus on reducing manual processes.
- Working closely and fostering strong relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders (Asset Class teams, Performance, Investment Operations, Risk, Compliance and Legal team, etc)
- Collaborative engagement within the Client Delivery team and across teams’ enterprise-wide to innovate, establish and maintain compliance to policies, procedures and system enhancements for best practice client service to existing and future accounts.
- Enhancing the client experience, taking a client led view to our client’s reporting and governance requirements and ensuring a consistent and coordinated approach to their regular reporting across asset classes.
- Provide back up and support where required for Client Delivery colleagues on various aspects of client reporting related matters as required such as projects and innovation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain high quality service and working relationships in relation to QIC’s reporting requirements with Clients, Custodians, Service Providers & internal stakeholders through a proactive and professional approach to interactions. Proactively document and maintain Client Delivery process maps, procedures and checklists to ensure strong risk controls.
**About you**
You are a self-starter who can problem solve, think outside of the box when necessary and thrives in a fast-paced environment. With strong time management skills, you are deadline driven, collaborative and demonstrate a proven ability to confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.. An understanding of the financial services industry, operation of superannuation funds, in particular client servicing, investment operations and middle/back-office functions would be advantageous.
