**About the role**
As a capability Coordinator for Endeavour Group you will support the Capability and Team Experience team in developing our teams to be the best they can be. In this role you will be accountable for the coordination and reporting of learning programs and interventions that grow and inspire our people to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Capability and Team Experience team to execute on the business strategy.
- Work with organisational stakeholders to ensure development offerings are well communicated.
- Support in coordinating the communications for Store/Venue and Support programs.
- Establish controls and measures to embed and track the effectiveness of interventions/programs.
- Measure progress and create insights about teams and organisational capability gaps to inform future strategies.
- Generate reports that help the organisation understand and interpret learning data and outcomes.
- Support the Capability and Team Experience team with invoice processing and budget management.
- Assist the Capability Partners in listening sessions across the organisation.
- Provide general admin and coordination support to the broader Capability and Team Experience team.
**About You**
You will be a team player, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a passion for learning. This is a great entry level opportunity to our Capability and Learning team that will support in your ongoing career growth and development in the People & Culture function.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work across multiple priorities and stakeholders,
- HR/Business degree preferred, but not essential.
