We are on the hunt for an Events Coordinator for our ‘Fairfield and Murrumbeena locations. In this role you will plan and organise promotional, business, and social events. You will also be responsible for running a range of events, ensuring the target audience is engaged and the message of the event is marketed properly. This role plays a huge part in the success of a brand or an organisation.

Manage catering and event logistics for on
- and off-site events

Coordinate with vendors, and stakeholders during event planning

Manage event setup, packdown and follow-ups

Manage end to end all customer events across all locations including the management of external service providers and internal staff meet deadlines and deliver exceptional customer service.

Managing run sheet to provide key information to executive chefs and staff.

**What we are looking for?**

Experience in event management

Superior time management and organisational skills, including ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail and methodical organisational skills including effective budget management and planning skills.

Can work well and deliver under pressure; effectively manage competing priorities.

Seeks solutions strategically where problems exist.

Someone who can actively seek future opportunities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fairfield VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Event coordination: 1 year (required)
