**The role includes**
- Leading the day-to-day use and improvement of the CRM and reporting systems
- Working with internal stakeholders to develop business solutions through data insights, analysis and reporting
- Preparing and executing data extracts and imports for campaign purposes
- Leading and implementing special data projects related to data governance, process efficiencies, high level data integrity & hygiene
- Collaborating and leading the development of operational data processes and procedural documentation, such as business rules
- Seek innovation and continuous improvement of processes and programs, by analysing and evaluating existing practices, studying research, drafting proposals for procedures, briefing papers, frameworks, templates and structure
- Recommend specialised concepts, implement strategy to support service standards and quality assurance systems
- Liaise with key stakeholders and or technology providers, test, analyse, monitor and report on the performance of system, and more
- Collaborate across teams, provide technical support and guidance on established processes, procedures or concepts, facilitating training sessions related to the specialised discipline, responding to requests according to the operational need.

**Required skills and attributes **
- CRM or other relational database administration experience, advanced data query and data analysis techniques (familiarity with **Salesforce** and **SOQL** highly regarded)
- Advanced skills and demonstrated experience analysing and managing large and complex data sets to draw conclusions for optimising marketing programs
- Ability to understand the needs of stakeholders, communicate effectively and articulate technical issues in business language and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated knowledge of BI reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL (data extraction and manipulation), Python or R programming skills

You will bring:

- 3+ years’ experience in data analytics, reporting and database management - experience in fundraising, within a relevant not for profit organisation, and/or with Salesforce is favoured but not essential
- Proven ability to problem solve and advanced analytical skill
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the demonstrated capacity to develop authentic relationships and lead teams
- Previous experience in a technology or data role,
- Strong Microsoft SQL Server, Excel and PowerBi required.
