An exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant has become available within our National Buying department of ALDI stores, based in Minchinbury. **This is a permanent full-time position**.

The internal communications team is responsible for providing regular updates and information on upcoming events, news and resources through various forms of media to all ALDI employees.

**What does the role look like?**
- Assisting with the planning and execution of meaningful internal communications, creating content through written, video and podcast formats
- Composing, editing, and publishing information through the company internal app
- Supporting the internal communications team with ad hoc administration tasks
- Delivering on project initiatives within agreed deadlines
- Manage the efficient and accurate flow of correspondence and information

- Transparent tiered salary range of $71,300 - $78,300 including super

- Hybrid work options, working up to 2 days per week from home (WFH)

**What do we need from you?**
- Experience in Communications/Media/PR/Copywriting would be desirable but not essential - recent Graduates welcome
- Experience in video and audio editing would be beneficial
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Strong writing skills, attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Ability to adapt in a fast moving and agile environment
