You will join a class-leading team providing transformative advisory and management services to boards, management teams, financial institutions and government departments and work with clients across a range of industries, including construction, media, pharmaceuticals, facilities management and manufacturing.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Provide operational restructuring advice to clients
- Support management of restructuring processes including planning, preparation and presenting deliverables in various forms (including written reports, presentations and discussions with the client)including the preparation of business reviews, information packs, management presentations and financial analysis
- Advise clients on business strategy and the key business drivers
- Deliver tangible performance improvements through the implementation of organisational enhancements
- Undertake financial modelling, including analysing business forecasts, evaluating scenario analysis and covenant calculations
- Liaising with a variety of stakeholders with varied objectives
- Establish and maintain key client relationships
- Establish credibility and presence with board level executives and engage with them as a peer to debate operational and strategic issues

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications with post graduate qualifications (CA, MBA, CFA, ARITA Advanced Certification)
- Restructuring/ insolvency or relevant experience in turnaround, corporate finance, internal audit, risk, or forensic accounting with exposure to distressed/underperforming businesses
- Excellent numeracy skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to absorb and analyse large amounts of data quickly;
- Ability to undertake detailed financial/commercial analysis for inclusion in presentations and client reports
- The ability to work in diverse teams across geographies
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
- Strong interpersonal skills to enable the building of credibility and presence with board level executives, and the ability to engage with them as a peer to debate operational and strategic issues
