Skills- Proven experience of working within logistics/warehousing management, with experience in a Defence-related setting being a significant advantage.- A strong track record of personnel leadership, management, and development.- Sound knowledge of warehouse and distribution services operations management.- Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and people management skills.- Certified professional or relevant degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields would be advantageous

Personal qualities- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with an ability to build strong relationships across all levels.- Ability to confidently lead, drive outcomes and develop diverse high-performance teams.- Understanding of operational drivers, cost control and operational budgeting.- Process driven, analytical and methodical with a passion to drive continuous improvement
