**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As an Adviser Support Officer in our Adviser Services team, you will play an invaluable role in making things happen and contributing to the overall adviser/customer experience. The purpose of the Adviser Support Officer role is to provide high quality service and support across a broad range of internal and external customers and playing an integral role in the effective facilitation of adviser-centric relationship support and administration functions.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Provide administrative support to the Advice & Retirement business unit, including communicating with advisers and advised members.
- Provide a support role to the business via effective communication with Customer Service, Customer Interactions, and Advice & Retirement business units.
- Assist with the implementation of adviser transactions, including the dispatch of various communication documents.
- Logging of compliance incidents and general service recovery work.
- General reporting as required.
- Meet all Workplace Health & Safety responsibilities and requirements for your role as indicated in the Workplace Health & Safety Policy.
- Any other duties as instructed by the People Leader.

**About you**

- Demonstrated commitment to a ‘customer first’ approach and an ability to take ownership and serve customer requirements.
- A genuine passion for customer service.
- Working knowledge of superannuation and financial advice.
- Intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft office suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
