**THE ROLE**
Join a national organisation for a 4-6 week, part-time, temporary assignment with the potential for it to extend. As the ambassador for first impressions, you will create a welcoming environment and ensure every guest that enters the building receives a warm welcome. As this is a front of house position there is no option to wfh.

**DUTIES**
- Filing, laminating and data entry
- Meet and greet guests
- Issue key cards and building passes
- Liaise with the facilities team
- Office coordination
- Ensure a clean and tidy reception area
- Empty the dishwasher and keep kitchen area clean
- Meeting room coordination

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS**
- This is a part-time role; Wednesday - Friday, 730am - 430pm
- Onsite parking
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a must
- Join a down-to-earth, welcoming team - start immediately
- Based in the office Wednesday - Friday - no wfh

In summary, you will be available to start immediately, have a proactive approach and the ability to work 4- 6 weeks with the potential for extension.

You will enjoy working autonomously and as part of a team, being the 'go to' for anyone in the office that might need assistance.
