**The Opportunity**:
An exciting new opportunity awaits you at our Coopers Plains, QLD office We are currently seeking a skilled Key Accounts Support Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
As a Key Accounts Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administration support to the National Accounts Support Team Leader. With responsibilities spanning across all business units and territories of our National Accounts, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations.
Working alongside another Key Accounts Support Officer, you will jointly manage 20 key accounts operating through 2,000 store/branch accounts. Your primary objective will be to ensure the delivery of a high level of service to both internal and external customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring smooth reconciliation of National Accounts by collaborating with internal stakeholders (Accounts Receivable & Account Managers) and external customers
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of customers' administration systems and processes to proactively resolve issues and streamline Customer Service operations
- Cultivating strong relationships with CSR team members, gaining insights into various processes, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Managing customers' claims efficiently and effectively, prioritising timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Taking ownership of service, quality, and pricing complaints in partnership with State Customer Service team members, ensuring swift action and resolution
- Providing support for select Customer Service activities, including assisting with EDI orders
- Carrying out administrative tasks assigned by the National Accounts Support Team Leader, such as SSA rebate management, new item set up processes, utilising customer calculator, and accommodating additional requests from customer Buyers & Assistants
- Actively participating in activities that foster a culture of service excellence, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional customer experiences

**About you**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service/accounts environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of the field
- Possess a positive attitude and a strong willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge
- Display innovative thinking and exceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills
- Exhibit analytical thinking and a proactive approach to seeking information
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers
- Capable of prioritising tasks effectively and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Have experience in handling customer queries with a high level of professionalism and empathy
- Proven track record of actively contributing ideas and maintaining a strong work ethic to drive team success
