We are looking for people with **fantastic customer service and telephone skills** to help us improve the customer experience for several luxury automotive brands.

Op2ma is a leading consulting and technology provider to the automotive retail industry. Our clients include auto dealers, auto manufacturers and auto financiers. We have projects in 13 countries and are based in Adelaide.

Some leading brands outsource their customer engagement process to us. Our small, specialised team take incoming calls, contact existing customers, and assist prospective buyers. Our role is to book appointments, gather feedback and ensure their customer experience is the best it can be.

We do this using excellent customer service practices, and smart technology in a happy and productive working environment.

You must be able to follow a set process to the letter, but you don’t need to be tech-savvy. However, a decent understanding of general office systems and tools will also be an advantage.

So, if you have superior customer service skills and can communicate well (in English) over the phone, then we would like to talk to you.
