Working side by side with the Restaurant Manager, you’ll help lead, motivate and support a passionate crew to deliver the warm, premium dining experience our guests love us for.

About you:

- At least **1 year’s experience** in a supervisory role within a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
- A solid understanding of **modern award frameworks**, **employment standards** and **OH&S/WH&S**:

- A genuine **passion for hospitality**, great energy and a positive attitude
- Strong **leadership skills** and the ability to bring out the best in your team
- Flexibility to work a **rotating 7-day roster**, including weekends and public holidays
- A **current RSA**
