About the role
The Clinical Nurse / Midwife Consultant Digital Health Clinical Support Lead will have an expert level of understanding of eHealth/clinical information systems. This person is accountable/responsible for the identification of business improvements and changes, consultation, and negotiation necessary to implement successful change as part of the delivery of Digital Health solutions across West Moreton Health.
About you
- Knowledge and experience in Cerner Millennium Advanced ieMR solution, preferably with experience in the design, build and maintenance
- Strong analytical skills while also having a process orientation.
- Flexibility and willingness to rapidly change focus to meet the needs of a complex and challenging change environment.
- Maintains effective and respectful working relationships with all colleagues demonstrating a high level of negotiation skills to enhance cooperative workplace interactions and manage conflict in the workplace.
- Commitment to the delivery of high-quality care and service in accordance with the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
