**About Us**

**THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- 10+ years’ experience as a Performance Tester
- Experience in Technical leadership including management and oversight of multiple performance testing projects.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience performing in Logistics, Retail and Bill Payment industries would be advantageous.
- Experience conducting load testing, performance testing, stress testing, volume testing using MicroFocus LoadRunner Enterprise and JMeter.
- Providing well written documentation including Performance Testing Estimates, Performance Test Plans and Performance Test Summary reports to stakeholders.
- Be a lead and mentor to a team of technical performance testers and promote strong delivery standards within the team.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies including integrating performance testing with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Team City and Bamboo
- Performance testing experience with cloud infrastructure - AWS / Azure / GCP
