**Your role**:
As a Performance Test Manager within our testing team, you’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements.
**_You will play a key role in: _**
- Develop comprehensive performance test strategies based on project requirements.
- Define NFRs, design and implement performance test scenarios including load, stress, endurance and scalability tests
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner and K6
- Testing leadership for small-medium initiatives, or for components of scope of a large project
- Technical leadership and mentoring testing team
- Drive outcomes with stakeholders in a collaborative manner
- Assess and manage risks associated with performance issues and prioritize them based on business impacts
- Regular reporting to stakeholders on all aspects of testing delivery
- Contribution to broader continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
- Own the defect management process for assigned scope/project(s)
**Your profile**:
- 10+ years’ experience in performance engineering/technical leadership.
- Deep technical expertise in has expertise in performance/SVT test tooling, performance engineering, component-based performance testing and end to end performance testing
- The ability to collect non-functional requirements and develop test cases and load profiles accordingly.
- Hands on experience with performance testing tools such as jmeter and K6 tool.
